We were honored to welcome Nazlı Demirel, Founder of the Women-Friendly Brands Platform, Buket Güngen, Head of the Academy, and Zuhal Kılınç, Editor-in-Chief, to Denizli for a series of insightful visits and meetings.
As part of the program, we visited the Denizli Chamber of Commerce and the Denizli Chamber of Industry, followed by guided tours of our production facilities in Çardak and our central factory, where we shared our manufacturing processes.
On the final day, we hosted a comprehensive and productive meeting at Askon Demir’s central facility with the participation of women executives from Denizli’s leading sectors—including industry, tourism, textiles, healthcare, education, and marble.
Key topics discussed included enhancing women's representation in the business world, promoting equality-based corporate approaches, and introducing the Women-Friendly Brands Index. The meeting also explored opportunities for collaboration toward a more inclusive and sustainable industrial structure.
